C'è il Bronx in fermento: una società immobiliare, con l'aiuto di politici corrotti, intende raderlo al suolo per costruire una piccola città del futuro. Un bel concentrato di “messaggi” sulla violenza della vita, la corruzione, il cinismo, la disperazione data dalla miseria e dal degrado.

New York City is undergiong a major facelift, and the GC Corporation, the company behind the revamp, wants to oust the "rats" in the Bronx - including self-made warriors Trash (Gregory) and Toblerone (Sabato) - and move them to the new city. Only their operation, led by cantakerous ex-prison warden Wrangler (Silva), uses a bit of unnecassary force and the warriors arent't too happy about it. So, with the help of underground warrior Strike (Prete), they decide to kidnap the President of GC, CLark (Girolami, Castellari's Brother) so that they'll stop the operation.
